A deserter from Uganda's Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) has said the group's deputy commander Vincent Otti had been killed for pressing on with peace talks.
Joseph Kony, the LRA chief, reportedly ordered his execution.
"Kony ordered Otti's execution on the 2nd of October," Sunday Otto, a former LRA commander, said on Friday.
